This policy covers website accounts and memberships as well as general browsing. For prices, monthly renewal, cancellation and refunds, read our membership and payment terms.

Google sign-in and your account

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, verified email address, profile picture if available, and account identifiers through Google and Firebase Authentication. We store these details together with account creation and sign-in timestamps so that we can identify your account, display your profile and link your membership to you. We do not receive your Google password.

Membership and billing records

When you subscribe, we store records linked to your account, including payment, order and subscription identifiers; the amount and currency; payment dates and status; the paid access period; and whether auto-renewal has been cancelled. These records allow us to confirm payments, manage access, show your payment history and resolve billing issues.

Automatically collected information

When you visit our website, certain technical information may be collected automatically, such as:

• Referring pages
• Pages visited
• Approximate usage and interaction information

We use the approximate country supplied by our hosting provider from your IP address to determine website prompt access: paid membership in India and free viewing and copying outside India. New membership purchases are offered only in India. Browser language, time zone and country values sent by the browser do not grant free access. We do not request GPS permission or save a location preference in your account for this access check. If the country cannot be verified, we do not grant free access; existing confirmed paid access remains available.

We may use cookies and similar technologies to improve website functionality, understand traffic, and provide relevant advertising.

6. Membership and Payment Privacy

Website membership payments are processed through Razorpay. Your name and email address may be passed to Razorpay to prefill checkout. Payment credentials that you enter in its checkout are handled by Razorpay and the relevant payment providers. Prompt World Hub does not store full card numbers, CVVs, payment OTPs or bank passwords.

Razorpay may process payment, contact and device information for transaction processing, recurring-payment authorization and fraud prevention under its Privacy Policy. The payment methods available to you depend on the country, currency and recurring-payment support shown in checkout.

We use Google/Firebase for account authentication and cloud service providers for hosting and storage. Information needed to deliver those services is processed by the relevant providers. We use your billing records to verify payment and provide your membership; they are not displayed publicly.

You can see your membership status, access end date and payment history in My profile. Cancelling auto-renewal stops future renewal payments after cancellation is confirmed; it does not delete your account or past billing records. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund. 7. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, tools, services, or platforms.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites. We recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies before providing personal information.

8. Data Retention

We keep account information while it is needed to provide your account and membership. We may retain transaction records as needed for billing, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and applicable legal obligations, including after renewal is cancelled. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information. Records that must be retained for those purposes may not be deleted immediately.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Children's Privacy

Prompt World Hub is not intentionally designed to collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review and remove the information where appropriate.

11. Account Deletion and Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, or other applicable privacy rights.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your Prompt World Hub website account, email contact.promptworldhub@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Prompt World Hub account. Send the request from the Google email address linked to your website account, where possible, and include your account name and confirmation that you want the account and eligible personal information deleted.

Account deletion requests are handled manually through email. We verify account ownership before processing a request and reply with its status. If you cannot access your registered email, tell us so that we can help verify your request. Do not send your password, payment credentials or OTPs.

If you have an active membership

Before requesting deletion, cancel auto-renewal and check that cancellation is confirmed. Sending a deletion email or logging out does not by itself stop recurring payments or issue a refund. If you cannot access the cancellation option, mention that in your email so we can help with the billing issue.

What happens to your information

After ownership is verified, we review the request and delete or anonymize personal information eligible for removal. Certain transaction records may need to be retained for the purposes described in our Data Retention section, and we will explain any applicable retention when responding. Deleting your Prompt World Hub website account does not delete your Google account or automatically erase records held by Razorpay or your bank under their own obligations.

You can use the same email address to request access to or correction of personal information, or to ask a privacy-related question.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
